  • Pork Loin
  • 100g MRC Gold Seal Chinese Oil Marinade
  • Spring Onion

To Prepare

  1. Cut a boneless pork loin into steaks
  2. Coat with Chinese Gold Seal Oil Marinade
  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of spring onion and place in a display tray

 

Garden Mint Lamb & Halloumi Kebabs

A classically British blend of refreshing, sweet mint and hint of rich tomato

Ingredients List

  • 500g Diced Lamb Leg or Shoulder
  • 70g MRC Gold Seal Garden Mint Oil Marinade
  • 100g Green Peppers
  • 100g Red Onion
  • Halloumi

To Prepare

  1. For extra flavoursome skewers, tumble the diced lamb in 50g of Garden Mint Red Tub first
  2. Then assemble the skewers with the lamb, onion, pepper and halloumi
  3. Coat generously with Garden Mint Gold Seal Oil Marinade
  4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and place in a display tray
