We currently use DPD Local to deliver our products next working day provided order is placed by 3pm. (Scottish Islands and Highlands are a 2 Day Service)
The maximum weight per box is 25kg.
For Pallet delivery we use DOBBS Logistics also for next working day delivery or economy if preferred
(Scottish Islands and Highlands are a 2 Days Service)
What are the delivery charges?
When we use DPD Local we have a general rule that if your order is below £100 before VAT then you will be charged £10.00 + VAT.
For Pallet deliveries there is generally no extra charge. (Unless agreed already)
Can I specify a time for delivery?
The delivery will normally be made between 8.00am to 5.00pm. However for an additional charge we can offer a before 10am or 12pm next day.
Saturday & Sunday deliveries are available at an additional charge.
We can track your order all the way from our warehouse to your doorstep.
How do I place an order?

Can I collect goods from your premises?
Yes you can collect from our warehouse, our opening days and times are:
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
How do I make a payment?
Payments may be made by phone or by BACS or if we are delivering to you in our own vans cash or cheque on delivery.
If you have an account with us then it is 30 days from date of the Invoice.
What is your returns policy?
If the products you have chosen do not meet your approval, please contact us immediately. On receipt of the goods we will make a refund for the value of the goods provided they are unused and in their own original packaging.
We are unable to refund carriage charges because we will have incurred the costs as soon as the goods are despatched.
Can you sell to individual consumers or just to companies?
Although most of our sales are business to business, we can sell to any type of customer. You do not have to be a company to order from us.
