Weald Packaging Supplies is recognised as the top supplier in the southeast for food and non-food products in the food industry. It was established in 1983 by former director Alan Morton, starting with vacuum pouches stored in a small-scale unit. Over the next four decades, Weald experienced growth and relocated multiple times. In 1990, it settled at its current location in Buxted, East Sussex.
In 2000, former employees Tony Willmott and Robin Farmer took over as directors and further developed the company. Over the next 22 years, Weald became one of the leading packaging solutions providers in the UK.
In 2020, Weald achieved remarkable growth and expansion, surpassing even the most optimistic expectations. The team had also grown to include nine members. In April 2022, the directorship of Weald Packaging changed, with Marc and Ollie taking over from Tony and Robin.
We take pride in offering a diverse assortment of sundries and packaging items to cater to the unique needs of various businesses and we are continuously searching for innovative and exciting products to enhance the extensive collection. Our stock includes a variety of well-known brands such as MRC, Ripon, Leonards, and Avo marinades.
Weald focuses on providing only the highest level of customer service and finding customised solutions to meet individual needs. Our staff are continuously on hand to communicate and assist where needed.
All of Weald’s customers are organised into weekly delivery schedules, where their fleet of vans is spread across the southeast on various days of the week. Spreading as far as London and Essex, all the way down to Southampton and Portsmouth. All other deliveries across the UK are done via a next-day delivery service with the courier.
