VS300DT Tray Sealer - For Sealing CPET Ready Meal Trays

The VS300DT is a compact table top tray sealing machine designed for use in butcher shops, delis, and grocery environments. It is compatible with a wide range of sealable food trays and films up to 190mm in width, with a maximum tray length of 250mm.

Featuring adjustable temperature control, this model works with different types of trays and sealing films, including both peelable and fully welded seal options. This makes it a versatile solution for various food packaging requirements.

Operation is simple and efficient: the film is positioned on rear-mounted twin support rollers and drawn over the filled tray. The tray is then placed into the die area, and the sealing head is manually lowered to apply heat and pressure. At the same time, the film is cut cleanly from the roll, allowing immediate repetition of the process.
