The Mantle TWS45 is a premium stainless steel hand stretch wrapping machine, developed as an upgraded version of the well-known TW45 model. Designed for durability and ease of use, it provides a reliable solution for professional food packaging environments.

This machine features twin support rollers for smooth film dispensing, along with a stainless steel wrapping bridge that allows the film to pass neatly beneath the product. An electric control system includes a low-voltage heated cutting wire, which cleanly trims the film before sealing the tray on the heated stainless steel plate. The temperature of the hotplate can be adjusted to suit different packaging requirements.

The TW45 Film Overwrap Machine uses two support rollers to hold the stretch film taut, and a stainless-steel support bridge that allows the film to pass under the product to be wrapped. This makes it easy to stretch and seal the film around items without having to manually stretch the film. It is a versatile machine that can be used to stretch and wrap a variety of products. The electric console features a constantly heated, low-voltage cutting wire that cuts the film before sealing the bottom of the tray on the stainless-steel hot plate. The hot plate features adjustable temperature settings. We also have a replacement set of wires for the TW45 overwrap machine, which can be bought individually.

Additional Technical Details

The unit operates on 240V single phase power with a 375W output. The sealing area includes a rigid stainless steel hotplate cover measuring 150mm x 305mm, with a temperature range of 90°C to 130°C controlled via an adjustable energy regulator. A Teflon-coated hotplate option is also available for higher-temperature film applications. Cutting is performed using a fine nichrome resistance wire, while the wrapping bridge is made from 304 food-grade stainless steel for maximum hygiene and strength.
