These vacuum pouches are more suited for low usage and  are perfect to use at home in your kitchen. The pouches have a structured embossing on one side of the bag; this is to help draw the air out of the bag. These bags only work with a domestic type of sealer, like the JML Food Sealer that we always stock.

When you remove the air from around food, you reduce the potential for bacteria to infest it, turning it rotten. This way of sealing food means that you can bulk-cook food in batches and then freeze or refrigerate sealed portions to use in the future. Cooking this way saves you so much time as well as money.
